Our Company manufactures Coaters for the deposition of reflective, anti-corrosive, wear-resistant, decorative and EMI shielding coatings for a wide variety of 3D articles: car headlight reflectors, plastic cases for electronic appliances, furniture accessories, sanitary equipment, church domes and other decorative elements of buildings, window and door accessories, toys, china and glass articles etc. A series of Coaters with various productivity and vacuum chamber volumes, provided with thermal and electric arc evaporators and sputtering magnetrons, have been designed for this application.Sidrabe builds both batch type and in-line systems.
Series of universal batch Coaters G900MLR is manufactured in various configurations to meet Customer needs: with electric arc evaporators, sputtering magnetrons or in a combination of these. Bias and glow discharge devices can also be provided. In various configurations these machines ensure production of protective-decorative coatings of a broad color spectrum and different functional layers, including multi-component ones.
