2P1300M series: Vacuum Coaters of foam webs.
A unique technology of coating porous webs has been developed and equipment series 2P1300M for conductive metal coating have been created.
A special winding system and effective cooling system have been designed for transportation of the material, which is sensitive to deformation and heating.
The Coaters are intended for single- and double-sided nickel and copper deposition by magnetron sputtering. Other metals may be also deposited. Reverse winding allows multiple-stage deposition. The control system, provides a fully automated process. The resulting elastic material with high electrical conductivity can be used as a current collector in the battery elements. |
