Responding to sophisticated demands in the coating of innovative materials, Sidrabe offers vacuum systems for coating non-metal webs for a wide range of industries and research, including:

Sidrabe manufactures laboratory, pilot and production-scale machines for vacuum coating of plastic webs,
non-woven materials, fabrics and paper using:

  • metal sputtering
  • reactive sputtering
  • electron beam evaporation
  • induction evaporation
  • evaporation from boats.

Width of the substrates is up to 2.5 m and thickness range is 5...400 microns. Single-side or double-side coatings may consist of single or multiple layers of oxides, metals, alloys or chemical compounds.

Substrate pre-treatment before coating is realized with built-in devices (glow discharge and ion sources) or in separate web drying machines (C2P1250, C2P670).

P600MR Coaters set of innovative vacuum coating systems P600MR series provides coating the product range from display materials and flexible printed circuit boards to solar cells and solar control films.
2P1300M series machine is a unique solution for coating highly porous foam materials - porosity up to 90%. This sophisticated process has become one of our specialties in the manufacture of certain battery pre-products.
Vacuum web coater P1600H is a modern and flexible tool suited for production-scale operation as well as for
R&D works.
